Metal workshop:
60000W Laser Blanking Cuting Machine ,it can cut any shape as customer drawing or specification.
The capacity of cuting thickness for steel sheet can reach to 10mm
Laser Cutting for pipe (square or round) not only the CNC Cutting Machine can define the dimension of the pipe but also the shape or holes as you can image,just upload the drawing for machine then it will do the rest of work.
Stamping Workshop
The capacity of stamping and press cover from below equipment:
Stamping equipment from 100T to 400T.
Hydraulic Press cover from 50T to 650T.
With the mold(die,tooling) produced by ourselves
All kinds of metal parts according to customer print/drawing/specification call out.

Bending Workshop
The capacity of pipe diameter for CNC bending machine between Φ12 to Φ125 mm,with 10 pcs of CNC bending machine we can work out the 10000set of the pipe bending job.
Whatever the stainless pipe or carbon pipe ,develop the project with us,you choose the success .

Welding workshop :To join the workpipe together.Welding robot with Synchronous workstation introduce from CHINAMFG Japan ,we had 20pcs welding arm with 25pcs working stations,sheild welding support by Continuous gas supply station.,10 pcs by shield gas welding,5 pcs of laser welding ,5pcs of MIG welding for the metal part of the wire pipe part.
Steel wire spot welding work by servo motor.
The capacity of the workstation was 1230mm*845mm.
